Total price showing $0,00 when document uploaded

  • Hello when uploading the doc, it’s not showing the right price, it counts the words well but it displays $0,00 as total price.
    Also another issue, I checked that the price breaks is not working correctly, I am not able to set any amount in the boxes from admin.
    I’m working with latest woocommerce and wordpress versions.
    Please advise.

    Did you update to WooCommerce 3.0 already? If so, I believe it’s a compatibility issue that we’re going to have to address in an update to our plugin. We’re currently doing that with all of our other more popular plugins, and then we’ll get that done here.

    I have the same problem; I use wordpress version 4.8.1

    I’m afraid we’re a bit behind on updating this plugin because it’s not nearly as popular as our other plugins. We’re still excited about this plugin, and we will get back to it soon, but as of right now there are probably compatibility issues with the latest version of WordPress and/or WooCommerce.

    What a pity … because this is a good plugin

    I’m sorry we never meant to be a disappointment. We will try to spare some time soon on this plugin and will make sure the compatibility is assured. Thanks for your confidence in our plugin.

    @simo185, Yes, we agree. Believe me we want to get this updated ASAP. Just tough to make it a priority when the demand is so small. ??
