Hi there Stestory,
There is 2 methods I know of doing this. To get a total valuation of all the stock you currently have (both in terms of the cost price and your selling price) I use a plugin like Woocommerce Cost of Goods: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-cost-of-goods/
This helps you keep accurate reports of how much profit you made per sale, as well as calculating how much you’d make if you had to sell ALL your stock.
Also, if you’d like to keep better track of all your stock quantities, I would recommend checking out this neat little plugin called ATUM’s Stock Management. It’s completely free, though there is paid options to get more features (which are actually worth it!) With this, you’ll be able to completely manage your stock in ways that Woocommerce itself would never be able to allow you, atleast for now that is. https://www.stockmanagementlabs.com/
Thirdly, you may need an interface to bring all these features together, and allowing you to edit & manage your products in bulk (if you have a lot to manage, that is.)
I’d recommend Woocommerce Advanced Bulk Edit in this case: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-advanced-bulk-edit/8011417
Hope this helps you bud ??
Cheers!
