Total Submission for selection

    Hi. my form has 1 field which requires the choice of 2 variables.

    I would like to establish a total number of submissions for each selection. How could I do? Any suggestion?

    This isn’t possible with this plugin. The submission restrictions for this plugin only support total form submissions and user total form submissions.
