    Good morning,

I am currently in the process of updating a clients website and I am attempting to perform a manual backup of the site prior to the major changes.

However I am encountering an issue where I run the update from the “Backup Site Now” button and it starts as I would expect and then appears to “timeout” however there is no indication of an error it just stops.

Then when I check the Backups tab there is nothing there and I attempt to run the backup again and nothing happens. I am at a loss and would really appreciate some asssitance in what could be going on. below is the latest logs from todays attempts:

At this stage I am at a loss for what to do and have been unable to find any other forums discussing this particular error. I have emailed the host provider to see if they notice anything from their end, but I am waiting on a call back/email back in regards to that issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
