“Total Views” counter not working

Hello! Love this plugin, first of all. Here’s my problem… When I click on “All Popups” the column “Total Views” does not seem to be counting. Given the high traffic of this website, I’m thinking I might have my settings wrong. perhaps? Thank you in advance for your help!!
