Total waste of time

  • The plugin is messy and the free version doesn’t do anything valuable. It’s using WP open source directory for marketing premium version!

    Go out of this directory use commercial based one or respect the users and publish a true plugin.

    Thanks a lot for your useful feedback and the respect you are showing to my work, it is much appreciated!

    WATS is a ticket system and the free release allows ticket submission which is really what you need for a ticket system. Then, users looking for advanced features and plugin support can opt for the premium release.
