Total win

I use Optimus HQ on my site and it has been a total win. Image sizes are reduced between 5% and 45% depending on which app I’ve edited the image with. Images saved with Photoshop’s “Save for web…” obviously have quite good compression by default, Optimus only needs to shrink another 5-10% out of them. On the other end, OSX’s Preview app usually puts I don’t know what in the files, so Optimus reduces those by an average of around 40%! Either way, the plugin has been a huge win for my site’s performance.

Writing this review I happen to notice there is no other plugin developer whose products I have been using as continuously as Sergej’s for the last 4-5 years. If you don’t read German, you may have to use Google translator to understand the plugin description, but I still warmly recommend for you to give Optimus or any other of Sergej’s plugins a try. They are of consistently excellent code quality, built with a natural focus on security as well as user value, and they are very well maintained. Try beat that. ??
