• I am so lost and confused it’s beyond description, almost.
I supposedly bought a pre written, able to change everything web site, and following the instructions I got a WordPress user name, no blog, and I got the API key from and for a few hours on day one everything seemed to work. Second day the Site Amin tab is gone and in it’s place is Register. The usdr name I had was no longer in the system according to WordPress, so I got another one, only it’s not letting me get into my web page and I can’t find anyone to help me, WordPress it seems only does email, if you can even find the right place to ask. So i tried to go back and get the blog only i had to pick a totally different name and email address to use
And then a different user name and password to get access to the forum. Not what I would call a user friendly environment.
It seems i am dealing with three separate entities, the hosting company for the web site, the guys that sold it to me pre set up and why wordPress is in the mix I have no idea. But I’m not getting any hello from anyone, one says leave a message, the other say not our problem and the third just keeps telling me we don’t do that in this section find another.

So, here I am, trying to find out what to do and hoping someone will read this and understand my main problem and have an answer.
Well a guy can hope can’t he?

  • No, nobody can really help you… it is a too confusing story for all of us.

If you have no clue about the web and managing a website – why did you “buy” a website?
And even if you buy one, what does it have to do with WordPress?
Also, as a sidenote: there are blogs on wordpress.COM – those are hosted by wp.com and you can, eventually, use your own domain with it.

On the other hand, this is www.ads-software.com, and you download from here the blogging software and install it on your domain/host/server.
We provide support ONLY for this software, nothing else.

I think you were scammed, so you should take your issues to whoever sold you that site.

Either your hosting company or the ones who sold you a site “fully functional” should give you support. If they installed for you a wordpress ask them nicely to reset your user/pass info.

I have no real idea what this has to do with WordPress, but it is somehow part of, linked to, incorporated into, is the control for the web page content. 4 days now I’m calling the help number, only ends up sending me to voice mail claiming everyone is busy talking, I email, did get one reply, told me to change the code around line 1 at the server, as if I had access or was a programmer, or even know what that rely means, so to me I’m getting no help. I can’t even find a place on WordPress to contact anyone. As to not knowing anything, the Web page was created for me, I have access to a long list of video tutorials that lead me through everything, including how to access and change the content, which from what it shows all happens at WordPress in a Dashboard, I get to that by clicking in the Meta section on the Site Admin button, the only problem is I don’t have one, well it was there on day one, day two it was replaced by one that says register and that takes me to WordPress. But I had already registered.

I have zero idea what happened between day one and day two, why that button got changed.

I just need to talk to whoever it is that is supposed to be there to help me with any problems, there are three companies involved in this, one points me to another that isn’t responding the third offers no way to contact or ask questions that I can find.
I finally found this, so I asked if anyone knows anything that will help.

I just need to talk to whoever it is that is supposed to be there to help me

Where? There is nobody that you can call here at www.ads-software.com. Write less and read more carefully!

This is not a company. This is a support site for a free(!) software and all the helpers are volunteers. Leave us a lone.

If you have a wordpress blog, you can always log in by going to
    yourdoamin.com/wp-admin
