Totally destroyed my site!

  • I decided to try this theme on for size. I activated it, and it created 2 new post types. After immediately deactivating the theme and the required plugins, and reverting back to my original theme, my site was completely broken. All pages come up with errors or white screen of death. Admin area still works, but the site is inoperable.

    Hello,

    Actually, when the tourable theme will be switched to other theme, all the feature provided by the theme will be disabled while switching to other theme.

    Also, can you please mention which plugins has been enabled during the activation of tourable theme?

    The feature of the plugins which has been enabled during activation of tourable theme will also be lost due to switching of theme.

    Further, we are not quite clear if your site is displaying with blank page or the site has been broken completely.
