Totally forgot my wp-admin details, how to retrieve it back?

Hi, I have been away from my blog for awhile and now coming back because the host plan is expiring. The thing is when I try to login wp-admin page the username (I used to use) is no found. And of course I totally forgot the password too. So, whatever possible username I could think of I would use, I have entered and it’s still saying there isn’t such unsername existed.

I didn’t use phpmyadmin or cpanal or ftp of any sort. I remember when I first started I was simply login via wp-admin page, after a set up from siteground.

So, my question is, how can I access back to my admin panel if I completely forgot the credentials? Thanks.
