    The actual functionality is okay, but it throttles your image sizes and has an 800ms opening time on the lightbox function. When you try to change these options, hitting save changes warns you that actually, you have to pay to access settings.

    I don’t mind paying upfront for a good product, and I don’t mind paying for extras if I think they’re worth it. But to make your product underperform and only alert people to the need to pay for it afterwards leaves a VERY bad taste in my mouth. Poor form, Huge IT. Poor form.

  • Dear @katuchan our lightbox plugin works imitatively after installation and it’s of course have free version and we always fix bugs and add new features as youtube and vimeo lightbox we even provide free support on free version but to do that to keep professional development and support team we have to put a little price for general options. We think that 10$ is not the big size for so much usable options.
    All one stares given to our plugin apply to its pro version and closed options but we should understand that on wordpress we shouldn’t rate pro version of plugin, other people will not read the real reason of bad review and will think that it has bugs and bad functionality but it doesn’t.
    Please change your review and rate our plugin functionality as much as you appreciate it.
