Touch doesn′t work in mobile

I love the plugin, but I have a serious problem in cell phones and it may be a deal breaker for me. It is not responding to vertical touch. So, when you are scrolling and arrive at the gallery and you touch the gallery, the screen won′t move up or down, it only moves sideways. You have to touch outside the gallery to continue scrolling or going back to top.
Is there a way to avoid this? Thanks.
