Touchpad Scrolling Speed Too High in Google Chrome for my Website

I found that touchpad scrolling rate is too fast for my website (https://electrosome.com/) in Google Chrome browser. I don’t understand what is the reason.

It is working as normal in following conditions.

> Mouse Scrolling is working fine
> Touchpad scrolling is working fine when the pointer/cursor is on the top of scroll bar on the right side.
>In firefox everything is working fine.
