Touchscreen Windows 8 issue
-
Hi
I posted this before but we never got an answer..
Our client has a problem when viewing the slider pages on Windows 8 in Chrome:
https://nancyreyner.com/paintings/gold-leaf/
https://nancyreyner.com/paintings/waterscapes/
https://nancyreyner.com/paintings/abstract/
https://nancyreyner.com/paintings/realistic/It seems that the availability of the touch screen on our client’s computer automatically disables the mouse functionality when browsing through the slideshow.
It’s fine to disable the mouse for users on mobile devices but desktop users should always be able to use the mouse.
Is that something you could fix?
We researched the issue and found this article: https://www.html5rocks.com/en/mobile/touchandmouse/#toc-mostimp
Any ideas/help would be appreciated.
Thank you
