Tour will not show – Panellum is not defined error

Hello. I’m having the same problem.

The theme that I’m using is WpEstate.

I don’t see any tour inside the page link. But I fixed the problem. I will update the plugin this Thursday.

Here is my page. I added text above the tour shortcode so it would be clear where it was.

What you need to do is exclude the following:

1. Go to CSS Settings and on the field to exclude (see image: https://jmp.sh/GeuLvKi)

Paste the following there:
https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.7.2/css/all.css?ver=1.0.0, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/lib/pannellum/src/css/pannellum.css?ver=1, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/lib/pannellum/src/css/video-js.css?ver=1, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/css/owl.carousel.css?ver=1.0.0, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/css/wpvr-public.css?ver=1.0.0

4. Go to JavaScript Settings and on the field to exclude (see image: https://jmp.sh/PuLoWZ3)

Paste the following there:
wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/lib/pannellum/src/js/pannellum.js?ver=1, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/lib/pannellum/src/js/libpannellum.js?ver=1, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/js/video.js?ver=1, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/lib/pannellum/src/js/videojs-pannellum-plugin.js?ver=1, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/js/owl.carousel.js?ver=5.2.4, wp-content/plugins/wpvr/public/js/wpvr-public.js?ver=1.0.0

3. Save

Now you can check if the tour works and let us know.

And can you clear cache for your site and server cache and then check?

I am now using version 3.6.0 (it was 3.5.0, but I updated this morning).
I cleared cache and it’s working now.

@sultan00rextheme The font awesome icons on the site are no longer functioning – top header right and bottom footer left area. I deactivated the WP VR plugin and they showed back up. Please advise.

Okay, It is conflicting with the plugin you are using for social share only.

@sultan00rextheme, I am not using a plugin for social sharing. I’m using font awesome icons/font to display social media icons in the header and footer. I think some CSS in your plugin is overriding the font awesome font my theme is calling. What is the solution here?

@sultan00rextheme for a temporary solution, I overrode in my custom css using the below, but it seems like overkill:

.fa {
font: normal normal normal 17px/1 FontAwesome !important;
}

.infinite-footer-wrapper .fa {
font: normal normal normal 25px/1 FontAwesome !important;
}
