Ok, this sounds like an event trigger based on a Custom Post Type. Can you tell me exactly what event triggers you have set up and what is happening in WordPress that you are expecting to trigger the notification?

I have Tournaments (Post type), Matches (Post type) and Teams (Post type). Action on all three is “on Published”.

When new one is created from Frontend, I can see it is backend, but no notifications is pushed…

Thank you for that information. What plugin is being used to created that content on the frontend?

It’s a template not plugin ??

What I am trying to figure out is how the Tournaments, Macthes, and Teams are being created. It’s possible that they are bypassing the WordPress method for creating posts/pages (possibly by using direct database calls) and are therefore not triggering any events.

This took a little bit longer to release because we also added Microsoft Teams support, but we just pushed out a new version. It should be available in your WordPress dashboard.
