• I’ve been trying to find an ideal & cost effective plugin for a small tour company (recurring walking tours in 3 locations) and this might be it…however…
    After installing and creating a test tour, it seemed OK. Tried changing a few settings, and it was fine – until it wasn’t.
    Now it won’t change anything! Map not showing, location only shows city (no link), blocks for min. age/max persons/etc. not showing…and more.
    The sidebar is still showing, even though it’s empty.
    Nothing with the site settings changed, there is no caching involved (except NGINX at the server, which I’ve even cleared), site is behind a maintenance screen (not live). Disabled plugin, cleaned database and retried – same problem

    If I’m correct there are only 2 or 3 differences between this plugin and your “Event” plugin? I like the idea of the QR Code generated on receipts that may be scanned at the tour site.

    Thanks for your message and for using our tour theme. In the latest update, we create some display settings where you can turn on/off almost all sections on the tour details page. By default some sections are turned off, I guess for this you can’t see some sections.

    I request you to please open a tour in the editing mood and check the Display Settings Tab. I hope you will fix this issue.

    Currently, we are working on the PRO version of the Tour plugin and the QR code will be available in the next release.

    Currently, there are not so many differences between tour and event plugins but after fully finishing the Tour PRO it will be more functionality and features available in the tour PRO.

    Also, I request you to create a support ticket in our PRO support forum on our website so the Development team of the Tour plugin will assist you directly and fix your all issue quickly.

    Thanks for the swift reply, Abdullah.
    I’m aware of the option to switch off sections, the ones not showing are switched on (I even tried switching them off, but no difference).
    The “Events” plugin seems to work without issue, so I’m sure there is some fix for the Tour plugin; I’ll post to your support team, thank ye!
