tow home pages, can't delete bad one.

  • Hello again,

    I am still new to this. I have two ‘home’ tabs on the menu bar, I don’t even know how it got there. I am unable to delete it because it does not show up when I try to edit the menu. It is on the live site, but I can’t delete it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am running 2012, url; https://www.5thpa.org.

    OK,

    I have found a place where I see two home pages. When I select ‘menus’ under the appearances tab, I then click on the drop down menu for pages. under ‘most recent’ I see one home page, when I select ‘view all’ I see the second home page.
    I assume that the most recent home page is the bogus one and the ‘Home:home’ is the good one. How do I delete the extra home page tab in the menu
    from there, there is no option to do so?

    I also get a message on the bogus home page “this is somewhat embarrassing…” It also says’ page not found’ in my internet page tab.

    Help pls.
