    Hi,

I want to be able to track click rates on emails sent to my subscribers via jetpack.

    How can I do that?

Is it possible to use wp.me short urls for the “read more” url so when subscribers click to read rest of the blog post from the email, the url is from wp.me and I can track them in Google Analytics?

  • Hi @jamshid-sultanzada,

We don’t support the option to track click rates for Jetpack subscription emails or use a custom/shortened URL for read more links — these links are generated automatically.

    Hi @gemmaevans,

Is there any particular reason why you would not support that? You know click rates are important and people would want to know if their subscribers actually click on the links.

I want to know the source of my traffics.

The Subscriptions module is designed to provide a basic subscription feature. If tracking click rates is important, you may want to consider an alternative solution like MailChimp. Most companies offering subscriptions as their sole service include this level of functionality.
