Track hours

Can this plugin also track the hours for a volunteer?
So if he volunteered to work 2 hours on 1 project, and 3 hours on a different project, his total time on the backend would show 5 hours…. can this be possible?
It would be so useful, for so many people.Also– on the pro version, there is no time slot capability, only # of people needed.
Can it be modified so that we can have time slots – IE: 5-6pm 1 person
6 – 8 pm 2 people
