    Hello,

    I plan to not allow account creations, only guest checkouts. How would a guest find their tracking info when the ‘My Account’ page is disabled?

    For guests without account access, the tracking information is typically provided directly through the shipment confirmation email. When you enter the tracking number and mark the order as shipped, AST sends an email containing the tracking details to the customer. This ensures that even guests who checkout without creating an account are kept informed about their shipment tracking.

    Yes, AST PRO will fully integrate and function properly even without the “My Account” page enabled. Customers will receive their tracking information directly via email, ensuring they’re informed about their shipment status without needing to log in.
