    hi!

this is unfortunately not possible with the plugin at this stage. we plan to introduce this feature into the plugin in one of the upcoming releases but I cannot make any promise on when this will be at the moment.

currently, it should be possible to manually set up tracking of site search terms using these instructions: https://plausible.io/docs/custom-query-params

I hope this makes sense. thanks for your patience with this!

Thanks so much for your quick reply, Marko! Would using those instructions at https://plausible.io/docs/custom-query-params mean I could no longer use the WordPress plugin?

no problem! it might work as it’s using the manual snippet which doesn’t do anything by default but i haven’t tested this unfortunately. you can try and run it at the same time first to see how it behaves. but otherwise it’s either removing the plugin to do it all manually or waiting until we build this feature in the plugin. sorry for the inconvenience!
