Track That Stat: Not collecting data all of the sudden

We updated a couple of our pages and removed an HTML menu to use the one that comes standard in our UDesign template and since or around then, Track that Stat and my Google Analytics is not registering traffic. The only registered traffic is on images that I add in the media library from my IP address…
