• Hello

    Before i had no problems sending emails with the track & trace included. All of the sudden the track & trace is not included anymore. Any way to fix this?

    Hi @sterrea,

    To assist you better, could you please provide the following:

    1. A screenshot of the admin order details page, including the order notes, so we can check how the tracking information is added.
    2. Information on whether you’re adding the tracking details manually or automatically.
    3. A screenshot of the emails where the track & trace information is missing.

    Once we have these details, we’ll be able to help you troubleshoot the issue more effectively.
