Track Users Who Login

I am running a “union” web site and we are trying to figure out if the web site is worth running. We would like to track our users (by name) to see how many times that they are logging into the site.

We are really interested in analyzing what our users are looking at on our site, as well. Is there a plugin that will do that for me?
