Trackback leads to blank page

On my site, if I click on a ‘trackback’ link in my post, it takes me to a blank page. If I do the same thing on other peoples sites, it reloads the same post page. For example, on my page https://sojoe.info/2006/11/10/contagious-laugh/ the trackback link is https://sojoe.info/2006/11/10/contagious-laugh/trackback/. Going to the trackback link just brings up a blank page, isn’t it supposed to display the post?
