    This feature is currently unavailable. However, it’s part of the upcoming features for future releases.

    Thanks for your reply. My customer needs the possibility of tracking… you do not offer any solution for that, then, at the moment? Can you point me to any other service or info in order to obtain this?

    The only solution available at the moment is: our team can build a custom helper plugin for your client, to track interactions based on your client’s requirements. But since this is a custom work, you will need to pay a fee.
