Hi I installed the plugin but I can’t understand how an abandoned cart is tracked down. I have tested the email and it works well but simulating a navigation without completing the purchase does not work. I wonder if the user has to create an account to be tracked.
    Thanks

    Hello @irisfarma,

User does not need to create an account to be tracked.

When a customer fills the email on the checkout page, his email gets tracked.
If customers left out from the checkout page or unable to complete their purchase within 15 Min, then the cart is marked as abanded, and email will be sent.

You can see the Abanded orders in Report section > Recoverable Orders.

For more details you can refer the following link:

    Thank You!

Yesterday I tried to simulate a purchase without completing it. I stayed on the page for a long time and I even tried to close the page but the plugin doesn’t track anything. Can you help me?

I also ask you if the plugin can track even when the user uses paypal checkout without reaching the final page.
    Thank you

    Hello @irisfarma,

We apologize for the delay in response.

Have you disabled cron from your side? If yes, you need to set an external cron from Cpanel.

In the case of the PayPal, plugin mark the cart abanded until the user does not complete the order successfully.

If you need any help, you can open a support ticket here.

    Thank You!
