We have just installed this plugin and it looks to be working. Thanks to the authors!

Just one thing – we don’t really have product pages on the site, instead users add items into the cart on a (plugin generated) category type page via an Add To Cart button. Am I right in assuming that the system is waiting for an ‘add to cart’ on a product page – because these do not seem to be being registered?

If that’s right, how can we set it up so that these ‘Add to carts’ are counted correctly?

    Hi @jonahall

The plugin hooks into the add_to_cart_button from WooCommerce core to track the add to cart events in Google Analytics. If the plugin you’re using hooks into the default add to cart button there shouldn’t be a problem with tracking using Google Analytics.

However, you may want to follow up with that plugin’s developer to ensure compatibility.

    Hi @jonahall ,

Hopefully you were able to resolve this with the plugin developer. We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread. .
