Tracking audio events with Google Analytics?

Hi all,

I’ve looked seemingly all over the web, and I’m sure there’s a rock I haven’t turned over, but I figured this must be a common request, so here’s a good place to post it.

I’m looking for documentation on tracking native WP audio (mediaelement.js, as I understand it) through Google Analytics (the Universal variety). Specifically, I’m looking to track play, pause, scrub/skip, and stop.
