Tracking calculation forms

I read this: https://calderawp.com/doc/send-google-analytics-event-wordpress-form-submission/ and wonder how one would go on to do the same with forms made for calculation rather than submission.
(In my case I have a form that is never submitted: https://teeoff.no/norge/ostlandet/vestfold/tjome-golfklubb/#slope_anker)
Is it possible to track user interaction on forms like this with Google Analytics (or any other analytics tool)?
