    Hi,

    Thanks for using WPL. You can find form file in the following paths:

    Listing (Property Show) contact form: /path/to/plugin/views/activities/listing_contact/tmpl/default.php
    Agent (Profile Show) contact form: /path/to/plugin/views/activities/user_contact/tmpl/default.php

    Don’t forgot to override the files first into your child theme and then modify overrode files otherwise your modification will remove after next WPL update: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/549/
