Tracking conversions?

Hi there,
Before purchase, just wanted to make sure I’m looking at the right fit.
1- How do I track conversions for a specific service/product from a link? (Will the same data be accessible to both management and affiliates?)
2- Our products/services are sold via wordpress the payment is processed via chargebee, will it work?
3- Is there a way to enable recurring commissions (e.g. monthly) for an affiliate link conversion?
