    Dear Zorem team

    We don’t send send mails for the status “completed”. And we only do send the tracking number to our customers in some cases (but not for every order).

    Is there a possibility to manually trigger a separate mail for an order to send the tracking number to the customer with a separate mail?

    Thanks a lot for your answer, I would be so happy if this is possible with this plugin.

    Hi, you need to add tracking to all your order and you only send tracking for some orders? why is that? can you explain the business scenario?

    In this scenario, you can disable the tracking info in the Completed (shipped) status and display this info in the order invoice email and send manually these order email to your customer
