tracking-form not working –critical

    I created an order and see it in the admin.

    But when I tried getting the order details using tracking-form, I see that after I key in order number, it says
    “There are no order statuses for tracking number: ***.”

    when inspected in network tab, I see that no value is found for email attribute in the request.

    Please help resolve.

    I also see the values entered are updated in DB.

    Hi theamoc,

    Could you let us know which options you have set for the status as well as the shortcode?

    If you have orders with e-mail then, to view an order, the shortcode should be:
    [tracking-form]

    And the basic option “Order E-mail Confirmation” should be set to either “No” or “User Entered”.
