Tracking Form Submissions with GA- submit validation does not appear

I have placed the following code into the additional settings field at the bottom of CF7 settings: on_sent_ok: “_gaq.push([‘_trackEvent’, ‘Contact Form’, ‘Submit’]);”

… as recommended in: https://contactform7.com/tracking-form-submissions-with-google-analytics/

After filling in the form and submitting NO validation saying that the form was sumbitted successfully now appears and the form does not reset whereas, if I remove the above code it then works again fine.

Anyone know why and how to fix?
