Tracking iframes within pages on same domain

Love using the Analytics Plugin from Yoast. With this I have a question regarding tracking iFrames within the same domain. By using iframes with the same trackingcode as the main site duplicated counting could be a problem:
On my blog (https://www.iphoned.nl) I have installed the WP Analytics plugin from yoast. Some pages have an iframe which shows a page with offers from the same domain (https://www.iphoned.nl/vergelijker/iphoneacties.php).
What is the best way to measure the visits/clicks within the different iframe’s (not having duplicated visits)?
