Tracking info from the link is incorrect

Hi, the Tracking results are not coming from the AST plugin, it is displayed on the carrier website. You should contact the carrier to ask about the results they show.

But the results are correct when i check from the side of the carrier. Only are wrong when i check from the plugin.

That’s what I’m trying to tell you, I copy and paste the same tracking number and, when I check it from the plugin this appears. This shipment to Brasil, I don’t know where it comes from, I started selling a month ago. This is from a year ago!

The plugin is not changing the tracking number, it uses the one you add to the order and it concatenates it in the tracking URL, you use the wrong tracking number.

The plugin does not work with a copy/paste traking number?. I copy the number from the info and paste the tracking number, and search the results.

the copy paste action is something you do, the plugin has nothing to do with that, you are clearly adding the wrong tracking number to the order.
