    Hi.

I want to know how the customer gets the tracking information once I paid the label.
I am using a email customizer plugin so im scared if that plugin doesnt show that tracking information (the plugin is Kadence email customizer)

Another things, is there a possibility to test the label purchase option as test?

    Hi @galokin

When you purchase a shipping label through WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, the tracking information is typically included in the order completion email sent to the customer. However, as you are using the Kadence email customizer plugin, it’s important to ensure that this plugin supports including tracking information in the emails.

If the Kadence plugin does not support this feature, you might consider using an alternative email customizer or a dedicated tracking information plugin. Alternatively, you could manually add the tracking information to the order notes included in the order emails.

As for testing the label purchase option, WooCommerce Shipping & Tax does not currently offer a dedicated testing mode for purchasing labels. However, you can simulate the process by creating a sample order and walking through the steps to purchase a label. Please note that this will charge your account for the cost of the label, but you can void the label immediately after purchase to get a refund.

I recommend referring to our documentation for more detailed steps on how to use WooCommerce Shipping & Tax and troubleshoot any issues you might encounter here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping-and-tax/woocommerce-shipping/#tracking-information

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!

Does tracking information have a webhook or something to insert into the emails?

    Hello @galokin,

Does tracking information have a webhook or something to insert into the emails?

Just to make sure we’re on the same page, you’re asking if there’s a hook you can use to populate the tracking information, correct?

You can check the part responsible for adding the tracking URL from here: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/blob/f91caf165d74566b908aa12e6fab6986a3a63f7b/woocommerce-services.php#L1161

According to the comment, the details will be added to the woocommerce_email_after_order_table hook but it’s really not possible for us to confirm if that will work in your case as there’s a third-party plugin involved. :?)

Furthermore, I’d like to kindly remind you that customization requests are not something we can assist with per our support policy. If you require the assistance of a developer consider hiring a WooExpert.

    Cheers!
