• Since 8hrs after installation, it’s suddenly stopped data to show up in statistics, but tracking is happening behind. We are using LSCache plugin and also perfmatters.

    Hi @vismithams,

In response to a raised issue regarding time zones, we made a change to the time zone logic. Possibly this is the culprit. Can you check if the previous version resolves this?

You might need to clear the cache by adding &burst_clear_cache to the settings page url

@rogierlankhorst The issue not resolved with the resolution you provided.

    I have completely uninstalled the plugin with data and reinstalled it. Now it seems data is displaying properly and date range also able to select. I really don’t know how far these perfect working conditions will keep intact. The remaining issue is;

Dashboard Home Widget not showing any data

Do I need to exclude any scripts from caching? Or Include any scripts in our performance optimization plugin? (Perfmatters)

    Let me know

@vismithams do you see any console errors in the browser console? Can you share a screenshot of the widget as you see it?

I have also created a branch which does not use internal caching, you can install it to check if the caching is the problem:

    https://github.com/Really-Simple-Plugins/burst/tree/disable-caching

If that is the case we can narrow it down further.

@vismithams The error is caused by the plugin being activated twice. If you deactivate the other version, you can activate the new one without issues.

Filtering today’s date is a known issue that’s already being worked on, and will be resolved in the next update.

@rogierlankhorst thank you it’s worked. Hope you will include that in final version update. And the Today’s date filtration issue is still there.
    Awaiting for final release

To get a better idea of what is still open here, Apart from the duplicate plugin activation (which can be resolved by deactivating the other one), and the “today’s” statistics overview, are you experiencing other issues?

To prevent working on issues that are resulting from this issue, it might be a good idea to wait for the fix for the today’s overview, then work from there.

Let me know what you think.

Somehow your reply only now became visible, but thanks for confirming. The other issue was a caching issue then.

For the next update we’ll make sure to improve the cache clearing logic, and fix the today’s statistics overview.

    Thanks for your input!
