Tracking link refers to old tracking number

Do you mean when you change tracking number, it does not save to the database? Please clarify.

No I mean, when I want to confirm a new shipment, I enter de tracking number. The customer receives their email with the number I entered, however when clicking on the link it always goes to the shipment I entered the very first time of all shipments.

So the tracking link included in email does not include the latest tracking number but the previous one?

Correct. But not even the previous one, the first one I ever used. The second one didn’t update, the third and the forth also showed the first shipment.

I’ve just tested the plugin again but never experienced that issue. Which plugin version are you using?

I’d like to upgrade the plugin but not if it doesn’t work properly.

The problem is that you added a custom carrier(DHL Parcel) whose URL contains a specific tracking number.
Please go to the plugin settings/Tracking carriers to edit that carrier then replace JVGL06240303000240079338 with {tracking_number} in the carrier URL.
