Tracking Logged In Customers Behavior

  • Hello how are you?
    I’m looking for a plugin or solution to track customers behavior. I know there are a lot of tracking options and “post purchase” solutions but they mostly don’t “identify” and match the user with the customer before purchase. I’m getting my site visitors to register so they browse the site while logged in. That way I can identify that user and send them emails according to their behavior even if they don’t buy anything. For example, abandoned carts or if I see that they have an special interest in one particular product category. I’m currently using Metrilo but would like to know if there’s another option.

    Also, does anyone know an email marketing solution that integrates fully with Woocommerce? For example adding directly the products to the email template.

    There should be plenty of analytics plugins you can consider. Maybe if you want feedback from other store owners on what they use you can try the facebook groups; WooCommerce Help and Share, and Advanced Woocommerce.
