We have been using your plugin for a couple of years, but now my clients want to track ‘which’ members are viewing a specific protected page and ‘when’ they login and logout. Do you have an addon that would allow this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, currently we don’t have a addon for what you are trying to achieve. However, someone in the forum posted a solution that might work for you.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Thanks for responding. I see that Piwik is deprecated due to its renaming to Matomo, so I’m not sure the coding that was offered would work. And in any case, this is a far more complicated process than my skill level.

Hope you will consider developing a tracker for your product one day soon.

    Thank you for your time.

There are some challenges in terms of tracking and how regulations can come into effect for that in certain jurisdiction. It can be complicated. So this is something that will be beyond the scope of our main simple membership plugin.

I have been working on creating an extension for some basic membership stats. I can give you a copy so you can check it out maybe. If you are interested, use the contact form on our site to get it touch and I maybe able to give you a beta copy of the addon.
