Since the latest update, our customers have not been receiving their tracking details. When I checked the new ‘Settings’ screen, I am unable to select ‘shipped’ for ‘On which order status email to include the shipment tracking info?’. If I select ‘shipped’, then save, then go out of the plugin and then back in, it has defaulted to unselecting ‘shipped’. Therefore, the tracking details are not showing on our shipped e-mails.

In addtion, if we disbale “Enable custom order status “Delivered” and then save, it won’t save the disable, it keeps the option enabled. There appears to be an issue with settings saving.

    Hi @vocla,

I checked this but I can’t replicate this issue. Can you please check if there is an error in your PHP error log and also check in the console for any javascript error.

    Thanks,

Hi @vocla, let me know if you still get issues, thanks

I have the same issue with Email Customizer for WooCommerce. The tracking info stopped being placed in mails (according to sent out mails) on october 11th

Hi @anone, Check your shipment tracking settings that you selected order status in which you want to display tracking info.

    Thanks,

Thanks its set to be included in the “shipped status” mail. as is no settings have been changed since it stopped working. Only updates to the 2 plug-ins involved.

Also for quite some time the image of the shipping carrier is not included in the mail. Only the name in the spot where the image would be. But now the tracking info is not displayed alltogether.

Hi, if this is not the case, I would recommend contacting the email customizer plugin developer to ask him which changes he did in his plugin since it’s a premium plugin I do not have it and I can’t provide support for it ?? and this specific plugin is using its own templates and not the standard WC.

Allright but you advertise compatibility with “Email Customizer for WooCommerce” One would think that you at least have the plug-in to test. Thanks

Hi, we worked with this plugin developer to add compatibility in the past, since they are overriding the WooCommerce templates and use their own templates, they might change something in their plugin and now it’s not compatible and we will remove it from our compatible plugins list.

    Thanks
