tracking number is not correct tracking number

    you are providing wrong tracking number.
    On the product information you providing tracking number which is actually “pack_number” but not tracking.
    So when trying to get tracking info, it’s not showing anything, but when logged in to vanipack platform, whowing right number and showing tracking.

    when this can be fixed please?
