    I tried to track my test order using your plugin in my test customer’s account and this is the error that I get.
    “Tracking Request can’t be send. This order #24100is not associated to your account.”

    I’ve already activated the tracking feature and the order I’m viewing is for the correct customer account. Please help on this issue. Thanks!

    Thanks for using our plugin , We have checked with the same environment on our local system it’s working fine we would suggests you by de-activating other plugin and test with woo-commerce and our plugin then issue should be resolved Also may be you have not done the settings correctly so we suggest you please go through our plugin documentation from here .
