    Hi,
    after couple months of working fine, my e-commerce tracking has stopped on 28th of November. I have no idea what happened. Unfortunately my log doesn’t hold data from that period anymore. ??
    General tracking is provided by other plugin and it works fine.
    Could you please help?

    Thanks for being a loyal user & creating this topic. And sorry for posting late.

    We have had a look at https://www.sensity.pl/ and observed that the plugin is not active. Could you please activate the plugin and post us so that we can help you earliest.

    Just FYI, we could not find a product that can be added to the cart for a test order. Please share the product URL.

    Hey @kwlodar,

    We have had a look at your shop and it seems that there are two issues that are blocking the plugin to work:

    1. There is JS minification done on every page which blocks the loading of plugin codes. Please undo the JS minification so that this can be addressed.

    2. There is a jQuery error occurring on every page. Here is the screenshot.
    Please resolve this error as jQuery error blocks the tracking to work.

    Please post once the above-said issues are addressed and also share the plugin setting’s screenshot so that we can make sure the correct setup.
