Tracking url duplicating tracking number: USPS

In my customers account –> orders. When they click to track shipping at the bottom of the order the tracking number duplicates in the url.
This is the actual tracking number: 9405503699300241479183
URL (adds tracking number twice – see end)

How can I fix the duplicate tracking number issue? Thank you.
