    Hey guys, first of all. Thank you for this awesome plugin.

    And now with the problems: it is tracking products and all, but the info that is being desplayed is a bit weird. Product name = product price, dosen′t track Product Brand.

    Could you help me and fix this please?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Currently, we don’t include “Product Brand” attribute for any product in any version of our plugin; since the ratio of the stores using product brand(or say the requirement of sending this attribute in their GA account) for their products are very minimal.

    Hi, Thank for responding. Also wanted to ask you if it′s possible to fix this situation?Where is Product, there should be product name and not product price.

    Since our Plugin is designed in such a way to track the product data from the backend of your store it’s a strange thing happened.

    But, we’ll definitely help you troubleshoot this issue; for that, we request you to share the following access with us:

    • Your Store URL (where you’ve installed our plugin)
    • View level access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com

    We did a quick look of your store as well as your analytics account but didn’t found any specific pattern for this.

    I′ve tried to look for the date, and I think it was May 18th. I′ve looked for a pattern, and couldn’t find it either.
