Trackinmore tracking page not working

Hi,
I am trying your trackingmore integration. I have open a trackinmore account and created the api key. I put the api key in your plugin.
Then I created an empty tracking page. The page shows the bar and the tracking button, but it alwasy says “no results found”
If I use the shortcode [vi_wot_tracking_more_form] the tracking works, but it looks bad on the page.
I have tried with their test tracking code LZ661737688US, with I loaded into my account
Is there anything else i should install or do ? Do I need to install the tracking more plugin as well ?
